The user had a personal Microsoft Live Account with the same e-mail address as his work account - I've now marked this account for deletion within 60 days in case it was causing conflicts, not sure what bright spark created that account but I can guess it was the user. I've tried using another users install file who is also on a Standard Sub. I've tried multiple re-installs using the file obtained through the account when logging into. The user previously had an Office E3 Account associated with it, but was downgraded to Business Premium which has now become Microsoft Business 365 Standard. Under the File>Account options it states "The version of Office to which you are subscribed has been deprovisioned. On every machine that he logs into he's unable to use Office Apps as he receives a Product Deactivated message. I'm tearing my hair out with an issue I'm having with one O365 Account (and of course it's the Owners account).
